The rules for using Lumina Space.

These Terms of Use explain what Lumina Space does, how subscriptions work, what you may and may not do with the app, and the limits that apply when you use cleanup and review features.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Lumina Space, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These Terms apply together with the Lumina Space Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and forms an important part of your overall relationship with Lumina Space.

2. What the service does

Lumina Space is an iPhone media-organization and cleanup product. Depending on the feature you use, it may:

  • Scan your photo library and video library after you grant access.
  • Identify similar photos, similar videos, screenshots, blurry shots, large videos, and short clips.
  • Present Memory Lane and People Album review flows.
  • Let you preview, select, keep, delete, restore, or continue reviewing media.
  • Provide subscription-gated access to some cleanup actions or premium functionality.

Lumina Space provides review tools and cleanup assistance. It does not guarantee that every result, suggestion, category, or comparison is complete or perfectly accurate.

3. Eligibility

You may use Lumina Space only if you have the legal capacity required by the laws that apply to you. If you are not old enough to agree to these Terms on your own, use the app only with approval and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You represent that you have the right to authorize Lumina Space to access and process the photos, videos, and related metadata that you make available through the app.

4. Permissions and your choices

Some Lumina Space features require access to system capabilities and Apple services, including:

  • Photo-library access for scanning, previewing, categorizing, and review flows.
  • Apple in-app purchase services for subscriptions and entitlement checks.
  • Access to media through the Apple ecosystem where your own iPhone or iCloud settings allow it.

If you deny a required permission, the related feature may not work. You can later change permissions in iOS Settings, but turning them off may stop corresponding features from working.

5. Subscriptions and billing

5.1 Premium access

Some Lumina Space features may require an active paid subscription. Available plans, prices, billing periods, trials, and included features are shown in the app at the time of purchase.

5.2 App Store purchases

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are billed and processed by Apple. By confirming a purchase, you authorize Apple to charge your Apple ID account under Apple's applicable rules.

5.3 Auto-renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal deadline shown by Apple. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.

5.4 Refunds

For App Store purchases, refunds are generally handled by Apple under Apple's policies and procedures.

6. License and intellectual property

Lumina Space and its visual design, branding, software, layouts, graphics, and related materials are owned by Yiwu Lutai Trading Firm or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lumina Space for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the app or its contents.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or try to extract the source code except where law expressly allows it.
  • Modify, bypass, or interfere with app protections, purchase checks, or access controls.

7. User content and deletion decisions

You keep your rights in the photos, videos, and other content you lawfully own. To provide the service, you authorize Lumina Space to access, read, analyze, display, and process that content to the extent necessary to operate the app.

Please review before deleting

Cleanup decisions can affect your personal media library. You are responsible for reviewing items and confirming what you want to remove. Lumina Space provides assistance, not guaranteed final judgment.

You are solely responsible for deletion choices you make, including mistaken deletions, repeated cleanup actions, or changes caused by your own Apple Photos or iCloud sync settings.

8. Acceptable use

When using Lumina Space, you agree not to:

  • Use the app in violation of law or the rights of others.
  • Interfere with the security, stability, or proper operation of the service.
  • Use bots, scripts, automation, or other non-standard methods to access or stress the service.
  • Misrepresent your identity, misuse another person's account or device, or submit false claims.
  • Use Lumina Space for unauthorized commercial resale, competitive copying, or service bureau use.

If you violate these Terms, we may limit access, suspend features, terminate use, or take other steps permitted by law.

9. Third-party services

Lumina Space depends on third-party platforms and technologies, including Apple Photos, Apple App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, and system frameworks. Those services are provided by third parties and remain subject to their own terms, rules, and availability.

We are not responsible for failures, delays, pricing changes, platform restrictions, account issues, or sync behavior caused by third-party services, except to the extent required by applicable law.

10. Availability, changes, and suspension

We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Lumina Space for maintenance, improvements, security, legal compliance, platform requirements, or other operational reasons.

We do not guarantee that Lumina Space will always be available without interruption or that it will remain unchanged forever.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Lumina Space is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We work to make the service useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or perfect classification and recommendation accuracy.

  • Scan results, comparison results, people grouping, memory suggestions, and cleanup suggestions are assistive outputs only.
  • We do not guarantee that every similar item, blurry item, or storage-heavy item will be detected or categorized exactly as you expect.
  • You are responsible for any network, roaming, or platform charges related to your use of Lumina Space.

To the extent permitted by law, Yiwu Lutai Trading Firm is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or data-loss-related damages resulting from your use of the app.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

12. Privacy

We care about privacy and personal information handling. Please read the Privacy Policy, which explains how Lumina Space processes information and forms part of these Terms.

13. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal developments, or operational needs. If an update materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice in a manner appropriate to the product and the law that applies.

Your continued use of Lumina Space after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Disputes and applicable law

Before bringing a formal claim, please contact us first so we have a fair opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

These Terms are interpreted under applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may seek relief from a court or authority that has jurisdiction under the law that applies, and mandatory consumer protections remain in effect where required.
